Reserved System Partition (Win7) - Acronis Impact?
Recently, I attempted installation of Win 7 SP1. The errors enountered were eventually traced to the System Reserved Partition. That location was fully consumed (100MB).
Though assistance from Microsoft Forums, and Andre in particular, we were able to identify the culpret and fix the issue. (Folder: Drive(C) contained a sub-folder call Users; and in there were my Administrator, myself, the Default and another 1-2 folders).
What is confusing, I didn't even know how to access the System Reserved Partition before I was provided the instructions; and in 11/2010 is when it appeared to have been placed there.
The only other product I am aware of that has lower level OS connectivity is Acronis True Image Home (2011).
Does this product set aside any activity in the System Reserved Partition space?
If someone knows, please let me know so that in the future I can make sure it is not fully consumed (fix was to delete the "Users" folder - and so far zero (0) side effects from that action.)
Thank you.

Dev-anon is onto something. Maybe one day you did a restore from the CD and got confused by the fact that on the CD the system reserved partition has the letter C:\, while your system partition has the letter D:\
