Reset Versions Count to Correct Number and Time?

Thread needs solution

Is there a way to reset the versions count to the correct number and time for tasks in ATI 2012?

My listed Tasks in ATI 2012 constantly have incorrect Versions counts and incorrect times for latest backups.

Is there a way to delete all backups associated with a task (setting the Versions count to 0 and last backup time to never) without deleting the task?

You can delete the archive contents by right clicking on the task and selecting delete.

Double click on any of your tasks and look at the detailed listing of all your backups. These should have correct names and dates, etc.

If your problem is the listing of the last backup as shown in the overall backup tasks, this is problem which is being worked on. An example of this current display issue is that the main display does not show the more recent backup for a task. The detail display will show all backups within a given task.

No, it is not possible to reset the task. In order to start again at the beginning, you must start a new task with a new task name and best to point to a new empty folder.

Top part with question mark shows the wrong value but the bottom part of the picture does list each image file with correct dates. Hover your mouse over each listing to see the type of backup plus date and time.

Thanks for all the replies. I really hope that the next update for ATI 2012 really fixes this obvious issue :D

Left-click on the title of the task. If the count is wrong, it will not be able to find the missing entries and will offer you the opportunity to remove the pointer to the invalid entries. Do this for each one and when you're done the count will be right.
