[RESOLVED] ATI 2013 Plus Pack

I installed the new ATI 2013 with no problems. I then tried to install ATI 2013 Plus Pack and it will not

accept the serial number. I tried both the SN from ATI 2012 PP and the one ATI sent me when I

downloaded the 2013 plus pack. I registered both 2013 ATI and ATP PP. When I use the serial number I

received from ATI when I purchased the 2013 Plus Pack I receive message "You have specified an

upgrade serial number".

When I used the SN from ATI 2012 Plus Pack I receive message that "The

specified serial number is incorrect".

I don't know what to try next. Does anyone have any suggestions?
