Hello,
During the day I made a backup, late in the day I stop the computer with this shortcut shutdown-s-t 01 and this is when I have the BSOD, it happened three product time in two months.
All drivers up to date, I have the latest bios and also funds motherboard drivers.
Thank you.

Best to stop ati by right clicking the icon and selecting cancel or, while the gui is ipen, to cancel it from there. If the bsod is not occuring while ati is backing up then you can try using msconfig to track down any conflicting program or go straight to chat.

Hello,
Thank you for your response. I had already disabled programs in msconfig, I still disabled. In October, I installed an SSD, since then, I've had three BSOD. I do a backup once a week. I will inform you in the month of the result.
Cordially.

Are you getting any info from Win on the error/cause? Does the Event Viewer show the error and give an indication of the problem device?

There are no posts for this problem in the Event Viewer because the crash occurs when I click on the icon to stop the Pc.

Hello,
No more crashes since my last post.
I installed True Image 2012 on the Consumer Preview, it seems to work.
Cordially.
