[RESOLVED] The certification server is unavailable
Just started getting this error, again. I literally just installed 2013 today (had been using 2012, which was working), and haven't been able to connect to the online backup portion since.
I've read the standard response on this, and as far as I can tell nothing is being blocked. Pings all work successfully, so I'm not sure what is going on.
I was going to submit a ticket to support, but I'm here instead since apparently I don't qualify for support despite buying 2013. It seems support ended in 2012? Doesn't make any sense since I have an online backup subscription.
Honestly this is really getting on my nerves. I've been using this since 2010 or 2011 happily, but in the last couple months it's been nothing but nonsense about certificates expired, certification servers being unavailable, and now apparently I'm not allowed to ask for support on it.
