[RESOLVED] The Certification Server Is Unavailable

I've been getting a lot of errors saying "The certification server is unavailable. Check your Internet connection or try again later."

Event Code: 0x00E40040+0x0098032E

It seems like I only get this error when trying to back up to Acronis Cloud. I've tried signing in & out but it didn't make a difference.

Any ideas? This is driving me nuts!

Update: I uninstalled Acronis & tried reinstalling. When I try to sign in, now it sits on the "Signing in, please wait..." window forever & doesn't seem to get past it.

Hi,

I'm still getting (everyday for last few months) error "The certification server is unavailable. Check your Internet connection or try again later.". I've already uninstalled True Image twice since the problem started but it didn't help.

Can someone from Acronis advice what the problem is connected with and how to solve it? I don't want it to dirty the log.
