[RESOLVED] Missing "Acronis Universal Restore" option

Thread needs solution

Hi,
My environment: Source dell, Target toshiba, migration via TrueImage 2013 Plus Pack (installed in Source). At target, during recovery wizard, I don't see "Universal Restore" as option. I remembered seeing it before first time. I need to redo it again from scratch with new source partitions. Without the universal restore option, I couldn't get to "Manage Drivers"...

So what should I do? I am using the same startup/bootable CD on target toshiba machine. Why don't I see Universal Restore option second time? I re-created the source partition. Does it matter? I have also reformatted the target hard drive.

update: I'm re-doing backup of my source partition again...another 6 hours, after reading this article: http://kb.acronis.com/content/1823
I have dual boot at source machine...I'm now creating backups of ALL my source partitions. Will update tomorrow...

Issue resolved here.

Did you remake the recovery CD after you installed the Plus Pack?

update: Resolved. I just redo my backup of source with ALL my partitions with active OS. My recovery CD was made on target machine with Plus Pack installed.
