[RESOLVED] Mouse and Keyboard not available when booting True Image from USB

Hello,

When I try to restore my partition from boot-up media, the program starts, but when it has started my mouse and keyboard are blocked so I can not use True Image 2013. The mouse and keyboard are connected via usb. I tried it at 2 computers ( I have 2 licences) but the problem appears at both computers. I'm using Win7 64bit.

is there a solution for this?
