[Resolved] Online/Local Sync Problem my Computers were "UnLinked" Can't add a computer

Thread needs solution

Hello All........
Like so many I have wasted an entire day trying to get Sync to work both on two local pc's and online.
Somehow I Unlinked my computers and I can not find a way to add a computer to Acronis or my online storage subscriptions. I read where you just go into your account and select "ADD COMPUTER" but it beats the heck out of me where to find that option. There is no option I can find to add my computers back into Acronis.

I tried to cancel failed Sync's several times so somehow I must have gone in and unlinked my computer names on the web site

When I try an Online Sync I get the popup saying "The operation is not available because this computer was unlinked on the web site. Please log out and log in again".

All I want to do is add my computers back onto the Web site. Can anyone help me?

Well Hello All........

I kind of solved my own problem here. I read in some forum post to Stop the Acronis Sync Agent Service In Services.
Then I went into C:\Users\All Users\Acronis\TrueImageHome\SyncCertificates and deleted the folder that had a name like 2796700 it contained files with extensions of .pem.

Then I reboot the pc and when I logged back into TrueImage Home and the Acronis website my pc name name was back as Linked. I did the same thing to my second pc and it was Linked as well.

Then I did a new Sync to Acronis Online Storage. And it seemed to work. The folders were only about 1.3gb and it only took an hour or so to Check and upload to Online Storage But I'm still not sure how to see the Sync folders online on my second pc. The sync share showed up on second pc then seem to go away I couldn't see it again. I guess I have to do some more reading to figure out how it all works.
