Restore from backup with no OS?

Thread needs solution

My hard drive which had Windows 7 installed on it has died, I do have a full tib backup stored on a seperate hard drive though.

Have purchaed snother HDD and rather than go through the hassle of reinstalling windows is there some sort of bootable media (USB?) I can create which will enable me to select the backup and which drive to install it to?

Would I need to reinstall Acronis to do this as obviously I lost the install when my HDD failed!

Absolutely!

Either:
1. install ATI on another PC and use the Create Rescue Media to create a bootable Rescue Media, either on CD-R or USB flash drive.
OR
2. At Acronis.com, register your serial number of ATI and you can download an ISO of the bootable Rescue Media, which you can burn to CD-R (or use on a USB flash drive through a third-party utility).

Install the new HD in place of the failed one, boot from the bootable Rescue Media, do a full disk Restore/Recover of the backup image to the new drive.

I'm probably being stupid but I cant see where to download the rescue disk?

According to http://kb.acronis.com/content/4828 when logged into my account there should be a bootable media option next to my product but all I see it latest build/support/upgrades/languages/documentation?

Can someone point me to where the download link should be?
