Restore freezes on HP ProBook but run OK on HP ZBook

Hi,

I have been testing the Acronls True Image 2015 18.0 Build 6525 Trial version (to the extent the trial allows) with the following results:

HP ProBook 470 with Win7SP1/64bit: Backup from Windows OK, restore from Acronls USB thumbdisk FAILS. The laptop does boot and the recovery program does run but at the moment when I press the Browse -button (to locate the restore file) the program freezes. Only the Power-button is functional. Due to this I updated the firmware of this laptop to the latest version but the problem remains the same. The boot mode in BIOS is Legacy, not UEFI.

HP ZBook 15 with Win7SP1/64bit: Backup from Windows and restore from Acronls USB thumbdisk are both OK. Updated the firmware of this laptop also, the result remains the same. The boot mode in BIOS is Legacy, not UEFI.

Acer Aspire Pro with XP SP3: Backup from Windows and restore from Acronls USB thumbdisk are both OK.

I hope that this problem with the HP ProBoook could be fixed, I'd be very happy to buy the licenses for my computers but only if the backup/restore operation is the same for all of them.

All the three laptops have Samsung 128GB SSD and the ProBook and ZBook settings in the BIOS are pretty much the same/similar.
