restore image wont START

I made an image of my OS partition, and set up a restore to another disk partition. It is schedulled, but wont start, despited my hitting start.

I think it was in version 2009 that you had to set a scheduled time like 1 min for a backup to start, then just wait for the minute to expire. The backup refused to start when you selected "start now" or whatever you had to check for an immediate start. This was fixed in ver. 2010
