Restore Specifice Files or Folders
Am I missing it or is there no longer an option to restore specific files or folders?

Sergey,
Thanks for the response, but I've found the product so counter-intuitive and feature poor that I uninstalled it and reverted to 2014.

When I try to restore individual files or folders by opening up a tib in Windows explorer and dragging the file to a hard disk, nothing happens. Just an Error message saying "No such interface supported." If I pull across a folder the folder comes but there is no content
I am using Windows 8.1 64 bit.
Also there seem to be lots of features from Acronis 2014 missing

I have similar problem. Dragging not works, nothing happens (in my case without error). Windows 7 64bit.

Dragging folders off the TIB file works in my case (Windows 8.1).
Try to repair the installation using the installer.

I have repaired the installation, but dragging folders off the tib just result in an arror message that " No such interface is supported"
This is such a vital part of any backup solution. Was it never tested?

This solution do nothing.
Dragging works good with older TI2014.

I had the same problem and contacted the Support via Live Chat.
For me some tib worked and some didn't.
They seemed to never heard of that issue before, but once I said it could have something to with one tib being from a "file and folder" backup and the other tib being from a volume backup the chat person said drag and drop only works for volume backups by design.
I somehow don't understand why that should be by design and if the agent even is right with that.
It more looks like a bug to me.
To restore specific files from a backup you need to go to the Application, select the backup you want to restore from then click at the bottom at the magnifier ("Filerecovery"!? I don't have an english Acronis). After that select the files you want to recover and click on the most bottom right button ("Continue"?!).
You will now see that it will try to restore to the same point as it was before. Now above that you will find an option "Recovery to: Previous Location" or something like that...and behind that there is a Browse link you can click to choose a new location. (Very hard to find)
This really is annoying and should be fixed or changed asap!

The same happened to me as Wolfspirit explained. My version is the german one but the same happened to me. Under backup i can not select any backup folder nor any disk where i have only acronis backups from 10 days ago It is terrible, if you want to restore urgent some folders, but the backup folders seemed to be empty. But it is not true. After system restart you can see sometimes the content of the backup. Also if you are happy to restore one folder it crashes with a file inside. Nothing happened and then you have to restart the explorer. It is the baddest version till now !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
