restored scheduling, but sync with cloud and lengthy backups lost

Thread needs solution

Hi there.
I lost the scheduling when I was trying to fix a different problem, but was able to restore it using instructions from this forum. However, the two lengthy cloud backups I have done are not showing, and the message is "sync agent service error. try and restart your computer". Since I have restarted my computer more times than I care to think about, (most specifically after enabled the scheduling), this isn't going to fix the problem. What to do? Helen
