Restoring and Cloning failing

Thread needs solution

I have used the restore and cloning feature on my old laptop, and worked perfectly fine. Now, I have purchase a new laptop, but unfortunately while using the backup/cloning feature, it works, BUT when I plug the new restored OR cloned drive, it does not work.

Just quick information about my laptop before I start with my issue;

1) ASUS G751
2) 128 SSD (Contains the Operating System, Program Files, etc..)
3) Windows 8.1 Single Language 64 bit

Scenario 1 (Restoring from backup);

1) I have made full backup of my old 128 SSD through the BACKUP option in Acrnois (a) Under the "backup scheme", I made sure I chose "Full" under the backup method) b) I chose under "ADVANCED" >> "VALIDATION", I checked "Validate backup when it is created".
2) The above backup had been created on an external drive.
3) The above backup had been successfully executed and I am able to browse through the backup file too.
4) I rebooted with my USB Flash Drive (Rescue Media Builder) to the attached laptop which I want to restore.
5) I have followed through the options for recovery of laptop.
6) In this scenario, the new SSD (240GB) was installed in the laptop (i removed the previous 128 SSD).
7) After the recovery completed with success, I rebooted the laptop.
8) After rebooting with the NEW SSD being recovered, when the Windows Logos starts showing, I get the following;
a) "Preparing Automatic Repair"
b) THEN another text under the windows logos says "Diagnosing your PC"
c) Then a blue screen (NOT THE FATAL SCREEN) says the following " Automatic Repair. Your PC did not start correctly. Press "Restart" to restart your PC, which can sometimes fix the problems. You can also press "Advanced options" to try other options to repair your PC" Then I get two buttons to choose "Restart" and "Advanced Options".
d) for the above item #c, I chose Restart, but I get the same issue as item #a, #b & #c.
e) I chose "Advanced Options" in #c, and chose EVERY SINGLE item there, but no success as it keeps repeating the item #d. Now ofcourse, for the resetting laptop options, it either formats my laptop or resets all profile. So NO POINT, because I need all recover files.

With the above scenario #1, I tried using Hard Disk Drive (500GB+) instead of SSD, but same problem. Also, instead of restoring while new SSD installed on laptop, I had restored on the new SSD (240GB) as external drive, then after restoring I had installed in laptop, but SAME ISSUE also.

Scenario #2 (CLONING)
1) I cloned my 128 SSD (old) to my new 256 SSD. Ofcourse, for the clone to happen, it requires the laptop to restore and the cloning is done outside the operating system.
2) After cloning is done, the SAME ISSUES as mentioned in SCENARIO #1 above happened again! I also used another hard disk drive (500+ GB), but also same issues.

Conclusion, I have made cloning / restoring previously on my other laptop which successfully was done. So I believe I am familiar with the process of cloning/restoring.

Your kind assistance will be highly appreciated !
