Restoring to certain day

Thread needs solution

I have True Home 2010 set to do a new full backup image every week and incremental images each day in between. Fortunately I've never had to use it.
What I need to know is... if I DO have to use it and I just want to go back to a certain day, how do I do that? Do I just pick the incremental file for the day I want to go back to or do I have to use the last full backup plus all the incremental files up to the day I want to restore to.
If I was to crash so bad I had to boot from CD to restore, I need to know what to do. I'm sure it's in a manual somewhere but I have yet to find it.
Thanks.
I have a button here that says "Split summary at cursor".
I have NO idea what the hello THAT means! :-)

Hi Ben,
As to how to do the restore, this link should be reviewed. You would need to choose based on your needs.
Now, when no crisis, do a few file restores such as listed in item #5 at this link.

To select the proper backup, select the backup created on your desired date/time.
Just select the one specific incremental (desired date and time) and the program will automatically include and restore the full plus all incrmentals up to and including your selected incremental file .
