Restoring, How to Choose a recovery point

Thread needs solution

i have been reading the online manual, looking at the screenshots as well.
i didnt see anything about choosing a particular full backup or differential backup point. all i saw was how to restore the latest point.
i assume there is a mechanism to choose which backup you wish to restore from.
can anyone point me to where in the manual this is shown?

a similar question, is there a way (having nothing to do with restoring, just looking things over) to see all my backup points?
i know i can see them in windows explorer but i assume i can view them in the acronis program.

thank you

If you are making incremental images then just select the incremental closest to the date you want to restore. TIH will automaticall work backwards to the associated full.

Ditto for differentials except there is no chain as it is always one differential plus the full.

When you click on 'Recover' the number of backups available show up.

If you wish to mount the image, selecting mount will provide you with all the available images.

thank you
i dont know what mount means but ill look into it

i clicked on main screen,it only showed one backup, which is actually a full backup plus one differential (so far)
there is no "recover" only "recover last version"
i dont see a way to choose whether to restore from the full backup or from the full plus the differential (in other words the next day after the full backup was created)

if i click on "recover last version" it only shows one backup which i assume from the size is the full plus differential

i dont see any way to choose which day i want to backup from

thanks

You should see "explore all versions" blue link below the recover last version button.

thank you
that showed all the versions on the bottom

i actually tried that before but didnt notice the bottom line then

thank you
