Restoring Intel RAID 5
Hi Everyone. I have relied for Acronis and it has always worked 100%. I have a Asus P6T SE with Intel RAID 5. 3 HDrives I have made an image. I want to restore the image. Acronis is unable to start the Intel RAID system. I have downloaded the TrueImage11BartPE_s_en installed and still no luck restoring. Has anyone run in to the same problem? How was it solved restoring an Intel RAID drive system? If Acronis is unable to suggest a product to back up and restore RAID systems, does anyone have suggestions on a competing replacement product to replace True Image? Thanks for your comments.

Hello Richard,
I understand the question and will do everything possible from my side to solve the issue.
Can you please clarify the issue? If I understand you correctly when you are trying to restore the image Acronis see RAID as separate disks, is it correct?
You can create Acronis True Image 11 Home using the program Media Builder (Tools -> Create Acronis Rescue Media). In case the issue persists I have sent you ISO image of Acronis bootable disc via PM. This ISO has better hardware support than usual one and it will certainly solve the issue you experience
Let me know if you need further assistance.
Thank you.

Hi Dmitry. Thanks for the email. I made an Image of the C drive and wanted to restore it before I installed some software to test. When I boot with the rescue disk all the screens come up until you get to Pick A task> restore , backup. Restore wizard I get error E0000101F4 no hard disks found. Maybe Acronis is loading before the Bios?
Hope this helps. Thanks for the reply Richard

Could you send me an updated boot disk. Thanks

This issue doesn't look like it ever got resolved. I fear you will be hard pressed to get a copy of Acronis 11 boot media that will support your RAID chipset.
I would suggest downloading a trial of Acronis 2013 Boot Media and try using it for your recovery. THIS IS YOUR BEST OPTION.
Request a trial of 2013... Register the product. Download boot media from your Acronis User Account... burn CD and try for free.
You don't even have to install it.
