Rollback of Mail Restoration Not Working

Thread needs solution

I have True Image Home 11 and I back up my Outlook Express mail every day with a scheduled differential. I have a instance where I need to retrieve lost (potentially deleted) mail and return (roll back)Outlook Express to a prior date. Okay, so I run the restore wizard select my latest mail differential and then select the date to roll back to. All is well, program runs for a frew minutes and then says complete. I open Outlook express and the mailbox looks the same. The inbox mail is current and nothing has rolled back(????).

Something is not right. (Or I'm doing something wrong;)

Under content selection I can expand the Microsoft Outlook Express tab and look under Main Identity, Message Store Root, Local Folders and all of my mail box folders are visible and selected to be restored.

How can I restore to an older date, tell it to over write ALL data and still see current mail in Outlook?

I will do everything possible in order to resolve the issue. First of all please make sure that you are using the latest build of the program. Check it in Help -> About. You can always download the latest build of the program from your account under Registered Products.

If the issue persists please create a new support case using the following link  and attach the following diagnostic information to your request:

·  Exact title of E-mail client (e.g. Microsoft Outlook Express 6.0, Microsoft Outlook 2003);

·  Quantity of user profiles;

·  Amount of the accounts for these profiles and their type (POP3, IMAP, etc);

·  If the accounts within a single profile are of different types, please provide the amount of the accounts of each type. (E.g. profile [XXXX] contains three imap accounts and two pop3 accounts);

·  Windows System Information File.
