Running an XP file search opens an acronis window

Thread needs solution

Hi,
A very queer phenomenon happens on my WinXP Pro (SP3) system. Whenever I run a search for a file (Start => Search) an acronis true image home (ver. 13.0.0.5055) window opens stating "Please locate the last volume of the backup". (In my case, it's a search for the file MyBackup E822.tib.
What's wrong? How do I get rid of this nuisance?

Hello Ran Chermesh,

Thank you very much for your post. I will do my best to assist you.

We do not have any reports regarding this issue. Please make sure you are using the latest build of Acronis True Image 2010 Home which is 7046. Can you also let me know your backup location and if you can create an AcronisInfo report and send me a PM with it, I would really appreciate it.

Let me know if you have any other questions.

Thank you.

Hi Yana,

Sorry for the circuitous postings; it seems stuff was spread around and what I wanted to say had not been said.

As per your suggestion, I will gather info and submit a case as soon as I can.

Again, thank you kindly for taking and interest in this. I hope you can help me. I love the product very much, otherwise.

Cheers,

Christian
