Says Blank Dvd is allready full when Spanning with True Image 2013 but Cd work ok.

Hi,
I have been using ATI 2010 11 12 for a few years and have been using the bootable disk to create full disk images over multiple dvds without problems.

I just bought the upgrade to ATI 2013 with plus pack, so i downloaded the latest #5551 Bootable Media Iso "True Image 2013 with Acronis Plus Pack" to make the boot dvd.

I choose full image, selected dvd as destination, normal compression etc and it says 2 dvd's or 10 Cd's required. When i put a blank dvd in it allways says it is allready full, i have tried different brands etc but it still insists the dvd if full. If i however put in a blank Cd it works. I have also tried on an other computer and get the same problem.

I went back to ATI 2012 and it the Dvd spanning works, so why wont it in ATI 2013 ??

Hi,

Today one of my company customer also reported same problem. He don't tried with CD but with multiple clean DVD's he always get message that disc is full. I already reported this issue to Acronis support so you are not alone.
