Scheduled backup fails
I have a scheduled incremental backup that does a full backup once every 2 weeks and then incremental backups every other day. This has worked fine for a long time but recently the backup failed because my external USB drive was full.
So I deleted a full chain of backups which is what I have been doing all along when space got to full.
I keep getting this message "The specified file can't be found" or something like that. Then it just sits there for a long time and never starts the back up.
I did go into the recover files box and hit "ignore this version" for all the files I manually deleted.
I have Acronis True Image 2015 build 6613 and it says it is up to date in the Account window.
I would appreciate any advice on how to get my backup working again.
