Scheduled Task Issue Will not run after manual run. Echo Enterprise
We have an issue where a scheduled task for a server will not run if we manually run it first. For example: A task is created for a backup 5 days a week at 7pm. If I create the task and leave it alone it will work. But if I ever click that Checkered Flag to run that task manually (lets say the next day b/c the backup bombed out or needing an extra backup before and update). The job WILL NOT run at its scheduled time. I have tried that "updated" scheduler, reinstalls,...nothing works. I have to completly delete the task and recreate it to make it work again.
Whats going on?

It means that the job will not run at the times I specified in the schedule. I will check the status in the morning only to find out it never tried to run.

Hello AcronisITUser,
Thank you for using Acronis Products
First of all please make sure that you are using the latest build of the program. Check it in Help -> About. You can always download the latest build of the program from your account under Registered Products.
Please do the following:
- Download the http://www.acronis.com/files/support/schedmgr.exe file ;
- Start the Command Prompt from Start -> Programs -> Accessories menu;
- Run the following commands in the folder you saved the file to:
schedmgr task zap
schedmgr service stop
schedmgr service uninstall
schedmgr service install
schedmgr service start
This should delete all the scheduled tasks on the PC. You should manage your scheduled tasks from the scratch.
Also please make sure that Acronis Scheduler2 Service (Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> Services) Startup Type is set to Automatic. Otherwise, please set it to Automatic yourself and reboot your computer.

As I mentioned in my first post I have already tried this new schedmgr.exe. Same problem.
