Calendar, showing scheduled tasks, with red for Failed and green Successful, indicates last Successful was March 26th. From April 2 to April 17, it is showing Failed.
I tried the following:
1518: Acronis Backup Software Scheduled Tasks Do Not Run:
Download the latest build of Acronis Scheduler:
Build 461 for Acronis Backup & Recovery 10 (Build 433 is installed with the product build 12703)
This didn’t work.
I’ve tried to provide, as much information, as I can, regarding my problem. I hope someone has a solution.
Thank you

Thank you for answering my posting. I couldn't find the posting, the next day, on the forum page, where I posted it. I've been looking everywhere since. "Messages" do not show a reply.

You refer to the following patch:

1518: Acronis Backup Software Scheduled Tasks Do Not Run:
Download the latest build of Acronis Scheduler:
Build 461 for Acronis Backup & Recovery 10 (Build 433 is installed with the product build 12703)

I had already tried this and it didn’t work. I've created the Acronis System Report as you instructed. I’m now ready to submit a case. I went to the Contact us page and to get support for my problem, it is requesting a Buy Pay Per incident. Why should I pay to have Acronis fix a problem with their software?
