Scheduler Service is Stopped, click to Resolve Problem

My Acronis backup scheduler service has been stopped according to a message displayed on my computer screen. When I click on "Resolve Problem", nothing happens, the error message re-appears, and my scheduler service is indeed stopped. How can I get my scheduler service to resume and to get rid of this annoying error message. I'm on the 2013 version of Acronis. thanks much, dave

Change your services to look like this and then reboot.
