scheduler is stopped and disabled

I'm using True Image 14 in Windows 7 and all of a sudden, when I click on "Disk and partition backup" a message window blinks on and disappears (and it's blank) and at the same time, at the bottom an error message blinks on and off that I struggled to finaly read that it says "scheduler is stopped and disabled"

So I cant create a new disk backup.

If I run ATI Setup and select "repair" it fixes the problem but as soon as I reboot the computer the problen returns.

It does the same thing from Getting Started and clicking the "Backup System" button or clicking the "Recover Data" button

Task Schedule Service is Started and set to Automatic so I dont know what this error is.

I dont what to SCHEDULE a backup, I just want to create one. Never had this problem in previous versions of ATI or with ATI 2014 on Windows XP.

I only just started using Windows 7 recently and have a dual boot with XP (seperate hard drives) where ATI works flawlessly

I mannaged to fix it by reading this article https://kb.acronis.com/content/41540 and learned that it's Acronis Scheduler2 that was stopped and saw that it was somehow set to Manual so I set it to automatic (in services.msc) and now it's fixed. I thought it was Task Scheduler Service that was stopped.

The error message needs to be more specific.
