Scheduling a back up Acronis 10

I am familiar with creating the Acronis backup partition which allows you to hit the F11 key when booting, and I am familiar with how to make a manual backup using the backup/restore disc

yet how do you access the Acronis partition to make a backup direct into the partition so that you do not have to rely on the restore disc so that I don't waste space with the acronis partition and having to have a seperate .tib file somewhere else also

how do you schedule an automatic backup

this is using Acronis 10 BTW
