Secure zone does not accept password

Hello,

I have made an secure zone on my computer with a bootable disc on the hard disk and activate the start-up function with F11 from Acronis (Acronis True Image v11 Build 8.082) and set a password on the secure zone.
Several times I have used the bootoption and recovered the C-partition on my computer, everytime the password has been accepted and I didn't change the password.
Today I tryed to recover my C-partition again but the password won't be accepted, I have tried several passwords (even that I know that my password can't be changed) but I can't get access to the secured zone.

Can anyone help me because it's a big problem to reinstall the whole computer again.
