The serial number is not genuine purchasea valid one

Have you registered the serial number to your Acronis account OK?
How long between TIH being installed and this message not appearing?
It might be that when TIH went to 'phone home' either your internet connection was down or the Acronsi server unavailable. Have you tried a complete reboot of the PC?

If you are using a 2013 beta serial number, they have now been blacklisted. You would need to purchase a new 2013 serial number if that is the case. I participated in the 2013 beta test, and all three of the 2013 beta serial numbers in use during my testing have all now been blacklisted.

In reply, I registered this serial number some months ago. I got it back today from my account (serials.txt). TIH has been installed on 2 PCs for at least 2 months. The serial is for "True Image 2013 by Acronis Family Pack (English)". I've tried a re-boot.
Still getting the message.........

During the blacklisting of the trial serial numbers, Acronis could have inadvertently blacklisted your serial number.
You will need to contact Acronis to have them correct this.
