serial number problem in True Image Home 2011
I am trying to install Acronis True Image Home 2011 and find I was forced to accept the update. I assume I now have two serial no's. One for the original version and one for the update. But I can only find one serial no though the installation calls for two serial nos.
I place the 64 character serial number in the only field and then it takes me to another window. This window say "you are about to upgrade your old version of the Acronis Product and to enter the serial number for the old version..
I've verified that I am registered, I have had my serial no sent to me by email.. but it seems I only have one 64-character serial no.
Anybody got any ideas?

Thanks for responding. I have my old records and my old Serial No. I also registered/made sure my product was registered. The Serial No they send me is the same as the one I have.
Maybe i haven't received my new Serial No.. but I have downloaded the update and corresponding software, pdf's etc.
Nothing new..
Any other thoughts?

The new serial would be included with your purchase acknowledgement email. Recheck your mail including the spam folder. You need both the old and the new serials inorder to get activated. Do register your new serial once you have it in your possession.

Thanks for your insights..
Every way I played with it, I still only see one serial no..
In look around in my old emails for I found an offer for a 2104 upgrade for $20 that turned out to be $15..
So, for $15 I am on with the rest of my day...
I appreciate your help and insight but there comes a point of diminishing returns..
