Setting up Acronis True Image Home 2010

Sorry for my bad English ... it was all written with a translation program.

Currently I'm at me the following:
Every 1st of the month I back up my personal data and my Outlook manually to an external hard drive.

To make this even automatically, I've bought about 9 months, "Acronis True Image Home. " Unfortunately, I am currently too busy with our online shop, I can not make me read there, and set up Acronis.

Now my first question:
Which backups are important?

I also would like to backup my data automatically every 1st of the month to make. This should especially be made accessible to a new file.

Is there still the possibility, for example to play every night, only modified files in the same fuse or a fuse? What could be even more useful?

Would be nice if someone could just write briefly to a few lines.

Sorry für mein schlechtes Englisch … es wurde alles mit einem Übersetzungsprogramm geschrieben.

Aktuell mache ich bei mir folgendes:
Jeden 1. des Monats sichere ich meine persönlichen Daten und mein Outlook per Hand auf eine externe Festplatte.

Um dies mal automatisch zu machen, habe ich mir vor ca. 9 Monaten „Acronis True Image Home“ gekauft. Leider bin ich aktuell mit unseren Onlineshop zu beschäftigt, das ich es nicht schaffe, mich da einzulesen und Acronis einzurichten.

Jetzt meine Frage erstmal:
Welche Sicherungen sind wichtig?

Desweiteren würde ich gerne die Sicherung meiner Daten automatisch jeden 1. des Monats machen. Dies sollte aber vorallem immer in eine neue Datei gemacht werden.

Gibt es dann noch die Möglichkeit, z.B. jeden Abend, nur geänderte Dateien in die gleiche Sicherung bzw. eine andere Sicherung zu spielen? Was wäre da auch sinnvoller?

Wäre schön, wenn mir jemand mal kurz dazu ein paar Zeilen schreiben könnte.
