several Problems with ATI 2015 (Admin/BackupAbort/DateFormat)

Thread needs solution

I'm trying to backup with ATI15, but have 4 Problems:

1) Back up is installed by admin, which is ok.
But if there occur problems on backup, I'm forced to activate admin rights, else the problem cannot be handled.

2) When i'm working, ATI does not backup opened files.
It aborts backup process for 10 minutes, and ends then totaly.
Log: "aborted by user". Thats not true! ... and not what i intended.
Even worse: it forces me to enter admin rights, which i don't have/want.

3) Log file reports in bad Format date.
"1 Information JJJJ-01-TT 15:03:02 Attribute für Backup-Reservekopie: ..."
I can't read the date.

4) At reboot comuter hangs with: "Operation in progress."
I found this in forum, but do I really have to fix program bugs by msc/script/WinSetting?

I've tried ATI 2014 half a year ago, which was same buggy. My hope, ATI 2015 would solve these problems, wasn't fullfilled.

How can I fix those problems?

Hello T. Sirler,

1) to work with Acronis True Image user should have admin rights. It is designed behavior.

2) Could you please provide more information on your backup plan? Is it file-level backup? Where files are located?

3) We use Unix timestamp in our logs. Which tool do you use to read logs?

4) For how long is "Operations are in progress" message shown?

Thank you.
