Short Key Registration

Hi guys,

I recently purchased a pair of crucial SSD's and they came with an acronis home 2014 short registration key. I followed the instructions, downloaded and installed acronis 2014, clicked the 'I have only short key' link, filled out the registration and was directed to a page telling me I should receive a confirmation email. No email has come, I've tried this multiple times. It's not being lost in junk mail or anything like that, it's just not being sent.

I've been going around in circles trying to use acronis support, but apparently that's impossible.. so here I am. What can I do?
