Signin / Login Error with ATI 2019

Thread solved

Hello,
I have ATI 2019.
I installed a new SSD in my Laptop, restored ATI-Backup and then ATI claims:
Maximum Numbers of activation exceeded.
I click resolve Problems,
click "I have changed Hardware..."
I enter my credentials and after a few seconds, "An error occured..." see screenshot.

Of course, the credentials works when SignIn in Webbrowser.

Any Ideas how to active the license?

Thank you and many greetings
Klaus

Hello Klaus.

That issue happens in legacy versions. They are not updated the newer servers.

Please follow this KB and use the offline activation method: https://kb.acronis.com/content/59689

Thanks in advance!

Thank you Jose,
I tried to uninstall ATI and intended to reinstall it.

Uninstall raises an error::
No Acronis components found

After that, I tried to install ATI 2019:
You already have the latest Version

In addition, I can not upload a Screenshot (100kB, jpg) to this forum (tried FireFox and Edge).
Error: The file could not be uploaded.

So - the new year starts very great.

Klaus, please make sure that you have the final build #18100 for ATI 2019 which does have the updates needed by the Acronis servers to allow validation of your license!  This can be downloaded from your Acronis Account webpages.

You made my day!
Thank you for your great support.
In fact, I did not see in my account, that there are 2 versions available.
