A Simple Question!

Thread needs solution

I now have a new HDD and will reinstall True Image.
Do I have to reinstall the 2008 (full version), then 2009 (upgrade), then 2012 (upgrade), or can I just install 2012 (which was an upgrade). Will I have a licence problem if I don't start with the 2008 'full' version?
I have used several versions since 2008 via 'upgrades:
True Image Home 2012 Upgrade (United Kingdom) 1 license(s)
True Image 2009 Home Upgrade (English) 1 license(s)
True Image (2008) 11 Home (English) 1 license(s)

A hew HDD or a new PC? In other words, were the previous versions of True Image installed on that PC?

You don't need to install the earlier versions of True Image. "Upgrade" is just a pricing and licencing model, so the ATI2012 installer will install the full application. You will need to enter the serial #s for both ATI2012 and the earlier versions.

You're welcome.
