I am finding my back up will sit on a file it can not back up possibly due to being open without me clicking ignore all. Is there a way to avoid this? A setting to continue with the backup?

Where can I set the comression level? It seems to be a lot larger of a file compared to an older version of a different backup software I used.

Where are reports to see what files were not backed up?

Thanks.

I see other people are having issues with the compression of the files too. I'm hoping an answer will soon follow.

I am hoping someone can help me find where reports are to see what files are not backed up. I would think this would be an easy answer.

For compression setting from the Backup screen select Backup Options, Advanced, Performance Tab:

Log files are not a part of GUI in TI 2015. See the KB Article for further details:

I do not have the compression option using a full version of TrueImage 2015. I only have the Operation priority. I am suppose to be current on the software too. Please advis.

Please see prevoious post re compression. It was almost always worse to change it, less compression made much bigger files with little savings in time because more writing had to be donw; more compression made slightly smaller files but took much longer becuasse of the cpu overhead for the additional compression. It was an option best left unused. So Acronis removed it from 2015.
