SOLVED: Online backup subscription expired

EDIT: Ok, uninstall and reinstall seemed to help.

I am trying to do online backup, but the program shows that my subscription has expired and it is in recovery mode only. This is definitely not true, checking for my subscription online on acronis website, it shows that my subscription is valid until mid February.
