Some concerns about TI2015 (No Edit option and not auto-validating)

Just installed TI2015 and created a number of new file backups.

The file backups run over a few folders and save the back up to a Dropbox folder. They are all set to Validate. Of the three I have tested so far, 1 has completed successfully and automatically validated the backup as expected. When I select the Operations option, the first one there is Edit Settings.

Neither of the other 2 validated after they finished creating the back up. They don't have the green check against them. If I click the i on the backup it says,

"This backup was added manually or via auto-search. To create new versions, right-click this backup in the list, click Reconfigure, and then reselect the source".

My questions are:
1. What does the above message mean? I created this backup the same as the one that worked. I did not recover them or search for them. I created them from scratch in TI2015.

2. Why can't I use the Edit Settings on either of the two backup configurations that are acting up. I can do so on the third and it was created the same as the others. I see I can use re-configure, but I'm a little concerned and I don't like to be "concerned" when it comes to back ups!

3. Why didn't they validate automatically after creation like configured to? I can manually validate them and that works fine, but I shouldn't have to.
