Some problems on TI2015 TIB acess and copy for big files and USB hard disk

Hi, I cant recover data from my TI2015 backups, more precisely the problem is this:

- The data are on a USB hard disk.
- I cant restore the entire image, then I mount the TIB to recover data.
- The data are in the user folder locked by windows authorization rules and I cant access it.
- True Image 2015 can mount only in read mode, then I cant change authorization for the folders in which I am interested.
- Then I access data with "open" on TIB files, now I can read all files, I start to copy big files (50-60Gb) to my computer, after 20-30minutes appear an error, the copy stops and if I navigate the TIB on the same USB drive are empty, until I disconnect and reconnect the drive.
- I read online could be a problem with Windows 8.1 and USB system power save, I "fix" this problem with patch and with blog/forum suggestions, but nothing change.
- Then I think I can use a complex COPY software to copy entire TIB content with no interruption, LOG the operation and then copy only files that were not copied, but:

- Copy programs dont work with TIB "open" mode;
- True Image 2015 prevents me access in read / write mode beacause... functionality has been removed (function available in 2014 version that I bought) and I cant use standard copy (and I think after you have purchased a valid license, and you made the copy with this tools, access to this mode should be a right, after all we talking about customers important data);
- I cant convert TIB to VHD, beacause... functionality has been removed (function available in 2014 version that I bought);

I copy the files to another HD and... the problem is the same...
Someone can help me?
