Source Disk no longer boots after cloning

Thread needs solution

I have two SSD's in a stripe raid configuration as my boot disk. They were in a MBR format but Acronis converted them when I had to restore them using a clone from a single disk that was also a MBR. I was confused about the change but had no option this had not happened previously.

Anyway I got the raid backup and working well and the decided to clone this working copy to several disks. I used Acronis 2013 from the boot disk for 2 disks and Acronis 2016 for 2 disks as I am testing that out also. after I was finished I removed the target disk and proceded to boot from my raid as previously. I now get the message that the windows Boot Configuration Data File is missing required information

file \EFI|microsoft\boot\BDC

To perform this operation I did not have to make any hardware changes just plug in an extra disk to a spare port. perform the clone several times then remove the disk from the port and try to boot.

I have also tied to boot from the clones all unsuccessfully. The Windows original CD also does not help as in never finds an installed system to repair.

I hope someone can give me a guide to restore the boot to my raid drive, or at least one of the hard disk clones.
