The Specified File

Thread needs solution

I am using Acronis True Image 2011, paid for version, and I'm trying to back up my data drive (drive F:). It runs for about a minute before I get a popup with the following message:

The specified file does not exist.

Click Browse to specify another location, Retry to try again, or click Cancel.

========================================================

I'm trying to back this up to Drive N:, which is a Western Digital My Book. I tested the drive and I can copy other files to it. Any ideas what the problem might be?

Unfortunately due to the lack of sufficient diagnostic information it's hard to say for sure what causes the issue, so we will need some additional information. Could you please gather Acronis Info, submit a case with the information attached, and let us know it's number?
