Splitting an already-existing backup image for storing on FAT32 64GB USB flash drive

Thread needs solution

I have one 13.2GB major and super important backup that needs to be placed a on boot-able FAT32 64GB USB 3.0 flash drive. The problem is that FAT32 does not allow files to exceed 4GB in size, which means my 13.2GB backup needs to be split into parts. I know how to split a backup before you make one, but now after it was already made. Is there a way to split that backup or not? If yes, then please let me know how!

Why must it go on that particular bootable flash drive? A backup image can be restored without being on the same flash drive or disk as the bootable Rescue Media. No need for them to share the same media.
