Start from scratch (full image); some other requirements

I am looking for a imaging and backup solution which:
- includes features as known from ATI Home 2009
- supports imaging from scratch after defined number of differentials/incrementals,
ie. start again with full image instead of consolidation
- enables performing imaging along with disk scan for file system errors
of locked and unlocked partitions and finally OS shutdown with very few mouse clicks,
where destination between first and last needed mouse click is not allowed to
exceed 5 seconds.

Will current version of ATI Home meet these requirements?
