Sticky: Acronis Backup Recovery10 (how i can restore Dual MBR)

Hi,
i am stick on a thing i have installed windows xp sp3 and have a virtual server there. i backup my full disk including dual MBR for both OS,
now the thing when i tried to resotre it back to disk i was amazed i cud restore only one MBR on 1 disk, even i cant access my HDD partitions for different MBR. it only shows me my USBHDD and SATA HDD,how i can restore or get back my machine as it was. thanks

There only one master boot record and that directs to the main OS bootstrap (aka boot loader) and then the second stage boot loader. In fact it is the second-stage boot loader that determines which OS will be loaded.

Please don't title your questions as "Sticky". If you look on the forum, "Sticky" is used for a special kind of post that is locked at the top of the list becasue of it frequent utility. Your use of the term in the title of your post is unecessarily misleading.

well thnx scott. actually i m just new here and didnt know abut dat.. well sorry for dat... but can you plz explain me am i able to restore via acronis or not...if i can so how...if i can take image of both os and while restore its shows me both MBR and ask where to restore so how i can restore...

IF you do a full disk mode backup then restore it to another disk, you should have jsut what you had on the orignal disk.
