Strange behavior after using ATI 2012

Hi,

I'm a fairly new user of ATIH2012. Here's what happened:

I installed a trial version in dec 2011 of the latest TI2012 and had it run daily backups, until trial version finished. I didn't immediately activate, so it wasn't doing backups obviously. Last week that computer got infected by a nasty trojan and decided we would go back to the last backup made somewhere in December. I first bought a license, activated TI2012, and was able to recover to the latest backup of last december. So far so good. Now with the new license I have it doing daily backups again. After 2 days I got a complaint from the user saying that the whole desktop is filled with white icons, and some of her e-mails are missing?

Can this be a result of an interrupted backup process? Or it almost looks like a recovery happened since some of her e-mails are missing? I can't seem to answer the question, the pc seems to be fine for the other part, I clean up the desktop, and the e-mails I can recover from our mail server.. but is somebody familiar with this sort of behavior? I want to have daily backups of the pc's but our users shouldn't even be notified or troubled by this....

From our side I can tell you we've never heard of such issues. Anyway it looks more like a result of User's actions, not a product malfunction. I think we can check what was done in the logs. Can you get us Acronis Info from the client's machine?
