Gentlemen;
I obtained your product as an adjunct to some ssd purchases - did some swapping around here, thinking to test & buy a replacement for (much missed) Norton Ghost.
Tried to re-image three systems - one fubar'd so badly that I was not able to rebuild the master boot record, and was finally forced to reformat, & reup the OS...
A failure rate of 33% is absolutely inconceivable in the product target you're aiming at - and then, was followed up by a half-dozen ad e-mails, telling my my (defunct) product was about to expire!
Built a 128Gb service disk booting linus to gparted and clonezilla - so, save your emails - so far, I am nine for nine...
