Support not available for brand new and activated ATHI 2012

Thread needs solution

Even though ATIH states that it was activated successfully the support interface tells me that support has expired. What to do to get support for my crashing ATIH (as explained in my earlier post no. 28660)?

You can pay for support and hope that they will refund the cost to you if the problem is Acronis's fault; you can pay and live with the cost. That's about it for options with Acronis support for ATI.
