Is the support website broken?

Thread needs solution

I am trying to submit a support ticket on the Acronis website. I enter my email address and invoice number, and an dialog box pops up saying "Error - try again later." It happened to me every time, one day last week and now.

During this period of being unable to submit the ticket, by 30 day free support period just expired, too.

Has anyone else here tried to submit a support request and gotten this error?

What browser are you using?

I haven't seen a page that asks for your invoice number.

If you are logged into your account, the system automatically knows your email address.

Could you describe step by step what selections you are making on the Support page

Just figured out my mistake.. On the dialog, I was it says "Support upgrade options". I should not have selected that.
