Surface Pro 3 clone grayed out

Thread needs solution

Hello everyone,

I am using Acronis True Image 2015 to clone Surface Pro 3s. I made a clone and successfully laid the image on a second surface pro 3 using these steps:

Hold the Vol (plus) on the surface, and hit power button.. continue to hold until Surface comes up
In the BIOS type menu, turn OFF SecureBoot and TPM
Shut down Surface
Plug in acronis bootable USB drive to side port (usb 3.0)
Hold Vol (minus) and hit the power button.. continue to hold until Surface comes up
It should show a little menu in the top left for Acronis. Hit 1 to boot to it.
On the left hand menu, hit Recovery
Click Browse for backups and navigate to the image
Right click on the image in the list and hit recover
Choose Recover Whole Disk and Partitions
DO NOT CHOOSE MBR/TRACK 0
CHOOSE ALL PARTITIONS
Make note of the Number of the partition.. do this by editing the columns to show number. (Example 3:1 windows RE, 3:2 system)
The next screens will ask where to put each of the partitions. Use drive numbers to make sure each partition is correctly matched.
Reboot when finished.

This worked fine for one surface that I have but when I try with the new surface we just bought, I get to select the destination drive for "c" and I cant select the surfaces C drive. I cannot figure out why. It is grayed out.

Any suggestions as to why it may be grayed out?
