symantec blocking access to acronis cloud recovery files?

Thread needs solution

When I try to restore files stored on acronis cloud, I get to an explorer screen that has perpetual "loading" message. I suspect this might have to do with newly installed Symantec Endpoint Protection. (running windows 8.1). Help!

Hi Norman,
Have you reviewed the Acronis log files for possible error information. There is no way for us to do anything but speculate about your inability to connect to a remote site you believe is being blocked by other software installed on your machine.
